Willian hasn’t done much for his popularity among Arsenal fans.
The Gunners brought the former Chelsea winger to North London last summer but it’s been a pretty disastrous stint so far.
In 26 games across all competitions, Willian has managed zero goals and four assists – one of which came on Thursday night.
Worse yet, Arsenal are paying him a reported £220,000 per week because he was in-demand player when the Stamford Bridge side released him at the end of last season.
He definitely isn’t a very popular player among fans of the Emirates Stadium club – and that isn’t going to change anytime soon, on the back of his latest interview.
Speaking to The Mail, Willian admitted that he didn’t even want to leave the West London club and given the rivalry between both sides, the admission hasn’t gone down very well at all, it has to be said.
