The 73-year-old returned to the Emirates Stadium for the first time in four-and-a-half years last night to watch his old club beat West Ham United 3-1 on Boxing Day.
Wenger parted company with Arsenal at the end of the 2017-18 campaign, following a stellar 22-year spell in North London.

Is Arsene Wenger married?
It was widely reported back in 2015 that FIFA’s current Chief of Global Football Development had divorced from his wife of five years.
According to The Sun, Wenger and Annie Brosterhous – a former Olympic basketball player – only married in 2010 following a long-term relationship prior to that.
The Mirror reported that a ‘financial package’ had been agreed and that assets had been divided between the pair.
Wenger and Brosterhous share a daughter together – Lea Wenger, who was born in 1997.
It remains unclear as to whether the duo have rekindled their relationship since Wenger’s departure from Arsenal during the summer of 2018, but there is no evidence that they have re-married.
The former Monaco coach won three Premier League titles and a record seven FA Cups during his tenure in North London.
In 2004, he also assembled the only team in Premier League history to win the competition without losing a single game – The Invincibles.
