After being exiled by Ronald Koeman at Everton, Oumar Niasse is now experiencing the same thing under Sam Allardyce.

Oumar Niasse could leave Everton in the upcoming January transfer window with Brighton and Hove Albion reported by the Daily Mail to be ready to renew their interest.

This should perhaps come as little surprise as since Sam Allardyce took over as Toffees manager on November 30 the striker has played just 74 minutes of competitive football.

Niasse has started one match under Allardyce and come off the bench once during the six Premier League outings the 63-year-old has been in charge for.

This must come as a blow to the Senegal international, who must have thought his career at Goodison Park was finally up and running when he scored six goals in nine matches after being recalled from the Under-23s.

Signed in February 2016 from Lokomotiv Moscow by Roberto Martinez, when Ronald Koeman took over that summer the 27-year-old was no longer considered good enough and was later loaned to Hull City having failed to make a first team appearance for the Merseysiders in 2016/17.

That exile continued into this season, but as the team struggled under Koeman, Niasse was given another chance and seized it with both hands.

Yet since Allardyce has come in the same issues have arisen and with few attacking options currently at the club, is the Englishman guilty of now making the same mistakes as his predecessor?
