Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw missed their second win of 2018… just like he did the first.

The question was asked due to the way Leeds’ form has slipped in 2018, despite Forshaw’s best efforts.
Forshaw is still waiting to win his first game playing in a Leeds United shirt, and he was absent from their victory against Bolton Wanderers on Friday.
It was just Leeds’ second win this calendar year, and unfortunately for Forshaw, he has missed both of them.

Forshaw was injured for the 2-1 win over Bolton Wanderers, just as they previously missed their win over Brentford.
In each cases, the wins without Forshaw look coincidental, rather than being due to his absence.
The £4.5 million signing from Middlesbrough has actually been one of Leeds United’s best players this year, shining amid a brutal run of form.
It has not been easy for him, and the former Everton trainee is particularly unlucky the way results have fallen.
Forshaw has played nine games for Leeds, drawing four and losing five.
He is a doubt for this evening’s match against Fulham, and Leeds would surely rather have him back than be without him.
But if Leeds win at Fulham with Forshaw sat in the stands, he might find it tougher to get back in the starting line up than he would have previously assumed.
