West Ham United sold Darren Randolph to Middlesbrough and brought in Joe Hart.

Republic of Ireland fans believe that West Ham United made an error by selling Darren Randolph and replacing him with Joe Hart last summer.
West Ham decided that Randolph was surplus to requirements at the end of last season, with Slaven Bilic targeting Hart to replace him.
Hart has come straight into the Hammers’ team, but he has made a slightly shaky start to life at the London Stadium.

And Ireland fans believe that Bilic’s side would have been better off sticking by Randolph.
Randolph, who is now at Middlesbrough, was in fine form last night as Ireland managed to beat Wales to move a step closer to the World Cup.
Ireland went into the game knowing that only victory would suffice, as they looked to book their place in a play off for a place in Russia.
And Randolph was brilliant throughout the contest, as Ireland picked up a 1-0 victory.
Hart also kept a clean-sheet over the international break, helping England to victory over Slovenia.
