Garth Crooks has praised Tottenham Hotspur winger Dejan Kulusevski on BBC Sport for his performance against Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League this weekend.
The former Tottenham forward has included Kulusevski, on loan from Juventus, in his BBC Premier League Team of the Week for his display against Leeds.
Spurs won 4-3 against the West Yorkshire club.
The 22-year-old winger provided the assist for the fourth goal.
And Crooks was impressed with the £110,000-a-week (Spotrac) Sweden international.
Kulusevski has been on loan at Tottenham from Juventus since January 2022.

Crooks wrote: “Spurs have not played well since their defeat at the Emirates against Arsenal, although they have been picking up points.
“However, the return of Dejan Kulusevski to the starting line-up after injury has given the team a touch of quality in the most important areas.
“The 22-year-old Swedish international set up two superb goals as he continues to prove to be an invaluable addition to a very unconvincing Tottenham team at the moment.”
Quality player for Spurs
In our view, Dejan Kulusevski is one of the best and most important players at Tottenham Hotspur.
The winger is one of the first names on Antonio Conte’s teamsheet when he is fit and available.
Kulusevski scores goals, creates chances and connects well with his fellow attacking players.
The Tottenham no. 21 has scored one goal and given five assists in seven Premier League starts so far this season.
Former Tottenham to be successful in the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League, we think that Kulusevski will have to be on top of his game.
