Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea are now reportedly considering making a bid for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.

Italian journalist Rudy Galetti has told GiveMeSport that Chelsea are now considering making an offer for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in the summer transfer window.

Galettti has said that Juventus could try to sign Folarin Balogun from Arsenal in case they lose Serbia international striker Vlahovic.

Chelsea are reportedly discussing internally whether or not to make an offer for the £215,000-a-week (SalarySport) 23-year-old.

Galetti said: “The Arsenal player could become a concrete target in case of the farewell of Vlahović.

“Chelsea are internally discussing whether to make a concrete move for the Serbian striker soon, opening talks with the Italian club.”

Should Chelsea bid for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic?

In our opinion, Chelsea should make a bid for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic in the summer transfer window.

The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners desperately need a quality striker.

New head coach Mauricio Pochettino needs a top-quality striker who can finish chances.

True, Romelu Lukaku is scheduled to return to Chelsea after his loan spell at Inter Milan, but there is speculation that he wants to stay at Inter.

And even if the striker is back at Chelsea, it would be risky of the Blues to just have him as the main man upfront.

Lukaku has had injury problems in recent times and did not have the best of times at Chelsea before he went on loan to Inter.
