Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react after The Times revealed that Andrea Radrizzani has set his sights on acquiring Valencia, as he plans to build a network of clubs across Europe.

The Spanish side’s owner Peter Lim is under pressure to sell the club according to the report.

Fans protested against his ownership after he cashed in on several players this summer.

One of those players was Rodrigo, who Victor Orta signed in a deal worth £26 million.

However, Lim also allowed the likes of Dani Parejo and Francis Coquelin to depart the Mestalla Stadium.

Radrizzani’s Aser Group are keeping a close eye on developments with Valencia over in La Liga, as the Leeds owner seeks to build a football empire across Europe.

The Times also state that the San Francisco 49ers are looking to invest more money into Leeds.

The NFL franchise currently have a 13% stake in the Yorkshire-based club, who have enjoyed a fine start to life back in the Premier League.
