Gary Lineker has joked on Twitter that NASA should send Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante to space to help them with an asteroid problem.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City striker believes that Chelsea star Kante is so good that he can intercept the asteroid.
The BBC Match of the Day presenter is joking, of course.
What’s happening at NASA?
The Guardian have reported that NASA is launching a mission to deliberately slam a spacecraft into an asteroid.
NASA’s Double Asteroid Redirection Test (Dart) is the first attempt of its kind.
This is being done as a test.
The plan is to see if us humans can stop a large asteroid from crashing into Earth in the future.

That’s how the dinosaurs became extinct.
BBC Sport have reported that a Falcon 9 rocket carrying the Dart spacecraft will blast off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
The spacecraft will crash into an object called Dimorphos.
N’Golo Kante admiration
Lineker is a long-term admirer of Kante.
After all, the 30-year-old France international defensive midfielder is a former Leicester player.
Kante, who earns £290,000 per week (Spotrac) at Chelsea, won the Premier League title with the Foxes.
One of the best defensive midfielders on the planet, Kante has won the Premier League, the FA Cup, the Champions League and the Europa League with Chelsea.
