Inter Milan let Ivan Perisic go and they may just be living to regret that decision with the Croatian starring over at Tottenham Hotspur.
Conte loves reuniting with players he has previously signed.
Knowing Conte’s methods is very important and if he can trust you, that can go a long way to earning a future move.
The Italian has worked with the likes of Alvaro Morata, Arturo Vidal and Victor Moses have all worked with Conte at multiple clubs.
Wide man Perisic can now be added to that list having joined Tottenham on a free transfer this summer.

Inter Milan let Ivan Perisic go
Conte wanted another left wing back having seemingly decided that Sergio Reguilon just wasn’t for him.
Perisic became the top target after Conte worked with him to great effect back in Italy with Inter Milan.
Perisic was coming to the end of his Inter contract and rather than give another deal to a player into his 30’s, Inter decided to let the Croatian leave.
Tottenham were more than happy to sign Perisic, handing him a two-year deal to join up with Conte once again.
The Croatian was delayed in his pre-season preparations due to an injury sustained with Inter but he is now in full flow for Tottenham.
Perisic already has two assists in just three Premier League starts and he picked up another assist in the Champions League clash with Marseille on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old looks set to play a huge role for Tottenham moving forward even with his best days arguably behind him.
What’s interest in now is that Calciomercato in Italy suggest that Inter may actually regret letting Perisic leave now.
It’s noted that Inter are having problems at left wing back with Robin Gosens yet to impress whilst Federico Dimarco and Matteo Darmian are not quite on Perisic’s level.
They note that Simone Inzaghi is now missing a player like Perisic who can attack a defender and make something happen in the final third.
Tottenham are seeing Perisic do exactly that and as far as free transfers go, this could be one of the best inn event memory for Tottenham.
