Arsenal have already signed one Brighton player this month in Matty Ryan and their supporters want another added to their ranks in Yves Bissouma.
The combative midfielder impressed the Arsenal supporters on Saturday after he scored a thunderbolt during his side’s 2-1 win against Blackpool in the FA Cup.
Arsenal supporters weren’t the only ones reacting to Bissouma’s thunderous effort because his former Lille teammate, Nicolas Pepe, also reacted on Instagram.
Some Arsenal fans are hoping Pepe can play his part in bringing the combative midfielder to North London because they would like the Brighton man to link up with Thomas Partey in the middle of the park.
Football London have previously reported that Bissouma would be happy to join Arsenal this month.
But Football Club reports that Brighton value their rising star at £25 million, which makes a potential deal unlikely.
Arsenal are starting to make moves in the market after a number of senior departures, including Mesut Ozil.
Incoming names are being thrown about, but there’s no doubt that Bissouma is one of the guys that Arsenal fans have on their wishlist.
