The Liverpool striker has been linked with a loan move away from the club.

The January transfer window is rapidly approaching and Danny Ings is one player regarding whom there is much speculation.
Having battled his way back to fitness after enduring much misfortune on the injury front, Ings has been on the periphery of the Liverpool squad of late and featured as a substitute in the 4-0 victory away to Bournemouth yesterday.
Ings is the subject of interest from West Ham United and Newcastle United regarding a possible loan move, as reported by The Guardian.

It appears that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is slowly easing Ings back into action so that he is ready for a loan switch when the transfer window opens, with the striker having also been brought on against Everton last weekend.
Provided that he can stay fit, the 24-year-old is capable of making a major impact for either West Ham or Newcastle, both of whom have endured struggles in front of goal this season.

Possessing impressive positioning, Ings will be hoping to recapture the form that saw him score eleven Premier League goals for Burnley in the 2014/15 season.
Liverpool have several attacking options to call upon besides Ings, including Roberto Firmino, Daniel Sturridge and Dominic Solanke, adding weight to claims that a loan move could well happen.
If Ings does head out on temporary transfer then he will be especially determined to impress Klopp and show that he can still be a success at Liverpool.
