Southampton forward Theo Walcott has raved about Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta on talkSPORT.
Walcott has said that he has been impressed by the work that Arteta has done as the Arsenal manager so far.
The former Arsenal star has said that Arteta, who earns £96,000 per week as salay (Goal), has transformed as a manager.

Walcott said on talkSPORT about Arteta taking charge of 100 games for Arsenal: “Do you know how quick that has gone? 100 games. That is incredible. I like what he is doing Mikel, particularly with young players.”
The Englishman added: “I feel like he is starting to mould into a really good manager, and I feel like his man-management skills are down to a T.
“I have seen him how he was at the start and how he is now, again similar to Steven, his interviews, his presence on the sideline, I just like that there is a fear factor coming back now.”
Mikel Arteta is a rising star in management
Arteta is only 39.
And the managerial job at Arsenal is the Spaniard’s first in football management.
Arteta was a coach at Manchester City before he made the move to the Gunners.
It has not all been plain-sailing for the 39-year-old at the Emirates Stadium, but things are now starting to come together now.
Arsenal started the season badly, but the Gunners are in good form now.
The North London club are actually in the race for the Champions League places in the Premier League table.
Now, of course, it is not going to be easy, but with no European commitment, Arsenal fans will feel optimistic about their chances.
