Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after they thought they spotted something ‘amazing’ in a photo of Érik Lamela and Pierre-Emile Højbjerg.
The image in question shows the 25-cap Argentina international standing next to the 38-cap Denmark international, and it seems like they’re just smiling for a normal photo.
However, some Tottenham fans burst into hysterics after noticing that it looks like Lamela has zipped his puffer jacket onto his track jacket.
Crucially, we used the word ‘think’ in the headline, because the man himself actually took to Twitter to disprove what the Spurs fans were saying.

It’s a shame to see he hadn’t zipped both jackets together – it would’ve been a huge fashion statement if he had.
After all, we wouldn’t put it past Lamela to make a bold fashion statement.
This is a man who has worn different boots on either foot already this season, something that some will recall Benoît Assou-Ekotto doing under Harry Redknapp.
Lamela was also photographed wearing some customised adidas boots against Southampton back in 2019, adding further evidence to the fact he’s somewhat of a fashion icon.
