Rodrigo Bentancur has been speaking about his start to life at Tottenham, and one teammate in particular has blown him away.
What’s the story?
Well, it’s Harry Kane who has – unsurprisingly – left the Uruguay international dazzled in north London.
As quoted by the Evening Standard, Bentancur said: “Technically and physically, he is an incredible player, very complete; it is an honour and a pleasure to have him as a team-mate.”
Clearly, the South American has been left somewhat starstruck by the England international, who has shone since Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski arrived in the Premier League.
Since the former Juventus man made his debut against Brighton in the FA Cup, Kane has scored nine goals, while also providing three assists.
After a slow start, it means the 28-year-old has now scored 22 goals in all competitions, which is a fantastic return.
After scoring just once in his first 13 Premier League games of the season, Kane has done well to turn things around.
Tottenham need more signings like Rodrigo Bentancur

In our view, Bentancur has been an excellent signing by Fabio Paratici, and the Italian needs to find more bargain deals such as this.
After arriving for just £15.8m, the Uruguayan has added plenty of composure and class to Tottenham’s midfield.
Bentancur offers a calm head in the middle of the park, and his relaxed approach compliments Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg well.

At the age of just 24, Spurs can also expect to see Bentancur get even better, and spend his best years in N17.
In terms of age, price and suitability for the team, he has been a superb signing.
After many transfer failures such as Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele, it’s refreshing to see Spurs get one right for a change.
