Charlton Athletic fans have praised Liverpool loanee Liam Millar, after he seemingly played his last game for the club yesterday.
Millar joined Charlton on loan from Liverpool at the start of the campaign and the youngster had a very productive loan spell at the Valley.
The 21-year-old was a regular for the Addicks, featuring 27 times in League One and claiming three goals and six assists.
It is not yet clear what Jurgen Klopp’s plan for the winger will be next season.
But Charlton fans appear to be hoping that Liverpool will allow him to join them again next term.
Millar seems unlikely to break into Liverpool’s first-team next season so Charlton fans may get their wish.
However, Klopp’s side may feel that Millar has done enough to suggest he could get a loan move to Championship level.
Millar joins a clutch of promising young wingers who are currently playing with the Reds, alongside the likes of Harry Wilson, Sheyi Ojo and Harvey Elliott.
