Watford man Ben Foster has praised Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale on Twitter.

Foster has done a podcast with fellow goalkeeper and Arsenal star Ramsdale, and he has been left stunned by the England international.

The 38-year-old Watford goalkeeper has been very impressed by the conversation he has had with Ramsdale, who joined Arsenal from Sheffield United in the summer of 2021 for £24 million (The Athletic).

Aaron Ramsdale is an Arsenal star

In our opinion, Ramsdale is an Arsenal star who can only get better and improve in the coming years.

The 23-year-old goalkeeper was expected to be a back-up to Bernd Leno when he joined the Gunners from Sheffield United in the summer of 2021.

However, the England international is now the undisputed number one between the posts for the Gunners.

Ramsdale is brilliant with his feet, makes good saves, and is very commanding inside his area.

And he is 23.

It is really scary to see just how good Ramsdale can become in the coming years if he continues to progress the way he has done over the past few months.

One of the reasons why Mikel Arteta’s side are in the race for the Premier League top four is because of Ramsdale and the saves he makes between the posts.
