HITC understands that Chelsea are one of multiple Premier League clubs who are keeping tabs on Porto winger Francisco Conceicao.
However, the Blues only have a few days remaining until a deal for the 21-year-old becomes a whole lot more complicated this summer.
Chelsea have shown no signs of slowing their heavy transfer investment with deals already completed for Marc Guiu, Omari Kellyman and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
HITC understands that Chelsea have watched Conceicao and been impressed with the youngster during his loan spell at Porto.
Tottenham, Fulham and West Ham are among other Premier League clubs who share an interest in Conceicao.
It is understood that the Portugal international is likely to spend another year in Porto but he has attracted plenty of attention after impressing last season.

Chelsea deal for Francisco Conceicao could become difficult
A deal for Conceicao this summer does not look straightforward, and a change to his release clause next week is set to add to the complications.
As reported by Record, Conceicao’s release clause is set to rise significantly on Monday.
His release clause is understood to be £25million, but that figure will increase to £38million (45million Euros) on Monday.
It leaves Premier League clubs with only a few days to get a deal over the line if they wish to avoid a steep price hike.
HITC understands that there is also a clause in Conceicao’s contract where he retains a big portion of his future fee – the player has the option to knock this off the transfer fee and potentially save the buying club money.
Francisco Conceicao at Euro 2024
Conceicao is now free to focus on his future after his run at Euro 2024 ended with Portugal’s exit in the quarter-finals to France last Friday.
He made four appearances for his nation at the tournament and scored a dramatic last-minute winner in the group stage against Czechia.

He received high praise from manager Roberto Martinez, who said: “Francisco is an example of what it means to deserve to be in the team and be prepared to help the group as well.
“He has incredible maturity, he has a scent for danger inside the area and he showed it.”
