Everton take on Swansea City at Goodison Park this weekend but how have the two teams fared in recent meetings?

Everton will be looking to bounce back from a horrific afternoon at Stamford Bridge this weekend when strugglers Swansea City arrive at Goodison Park.

Meanwhile, Swansea will have needs of their own as they look to put a tough run of results behind them in order to secure a valuable point, or indeed three.

Swansea City have a very positive record against the Toffees in their last five and you may be surprised to discover the Swans are unbeaten during that period.

Everton have failed to register a single win against the Welsh club in five attempts with three draws and two losses, a record they will be desperate to put right this weekend.

Interestingly, looking beyond the last five games, Swansea hadn’t won a single game against Everton stretching across 20 games since 1930.

Swansea may only have two wins against Everton since 1930 but they will take comfort in their recent form against their Mersey-based rivals and the fact they took their first ever three points from Goodison Park in January.

Let’s take a more detailed look at the last five meetings;
