Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has told BBC Sport that he is hopeful that Pierre Emerick Aubameyang will be fit for Thursday.
Aubameyang scored a hat-trick for Arsenal in their 4-2 win against Leeds United yesterday, but limped off at the end.
Aubameyang hurt himself in injury time before returning to the field and almost immediately being given a chance on the breakaway.
The Arsenal striker took one touch, as he looked to burst past the Leeds defence.
However, he was chopped down by a fierce tackle from Stuart Dallas, as he looked to protect Leeds from falling further behind.
Aubameyang was clearly hurt by the slide tackle and Arteta admitted that his star striker was in pain at full-time.

“He was in pain and got a big kick, twisted his ankle but hopefully he will be fine (for Thursday),” he said.
Arsenal will be desperate for Aubameyang to make it back for their Europa League tie against Benfica, as they are already struggling with injuries.
The Gunners are set to be without Kieran Tierney and Thomas Partey, so to lose Aubameyang as well would be a major blow.
