Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli has told The Players’ Tribune that there is pressure in the training sessions at London Colney.
Martinelli has said that the Arsenal players put pressure on themselves in training, and that is what gives them the intensity in matches.
The Brazil international forward has added that no Arsenal player in training wants to lose.
Gabriel Martinelli on Arsenal training sessions
Martinelli said: “In our training sessions, we put pressure on ourselves to win a few games, we work on passing.
“Nobody wants to lose anything, so I think we take this from our training to the game, to win the matches and continue with this winning mentality.”

Exciting
In our view, these are exciting times for Arsenal, who are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment and have also progressed to the knockout rounds of the UEFA Europa League this season.
The Gunners are playing wonderful football and are a joy to watch.
Arsenal are genuine challengers for the league title this season, and Manchester City will know that.
Yes, City are the defending champions, have the better squad and have Erling Haaland, but they are behind the Gunners at the moment.
It will be interesting to see if Arsenal make signings in the January transfer window.
If Arsenal are able to get a quality midfielder and a proven goalscorer who can support Gabriel Jesus, then they will enhance their chances of winning the Premier League title this season.
