Liverpool fans have praised the performance of Takumi Minamino, after he came on as a substitute against Arsenal last night.

Minamino was unable to change the scoreline in the match, as Liverpool fell to a 2-1 defeat at the Emirates Stadium.

However, his lively display did earn him some praise from the watching Liverpool supporters.

Minamino has endured a difficult time at Liverpool so far, and he is clearly still adapting to Premier League football.

The Japanese forward made a big step up when he moved to Anfield from Salzburg in January, and he is yet to find his scoring form.

Minamino has shown signs of promise though, and his display last night was certainly encouraging.

Liverpool will surely be hoping that Minamino can make a bigger impact next term, after he has had a little longer to acclimatise to the league.
