The 22-year-old England international winger was involved in both goals for the Gunners.
Saka’s shot was deflected into his own goal by Tottenham defender Cristian Romero in the first half.
And then in the second period, Saka scored from the penalty spot for the Gunners.

Former Manchester City star and BBC Sport pundit Micah Richards was impressed with the Arsenal winger.
Richards said about Saka on The Rest is Football podcast: “He has just improved so much. And he is a joy to watch. And he is such a nice person as well. You always want the nice people to do well, so I was buzzing for him.”

As Micah Richards notes, Saka has improved a lot over the years.
And he is still only 22.
Sometimes it seems that Saka is a veteran.
He has been playing for so long and plays all the time.
What is remarkable about Saka is that he always delivers.
Now, of course, the 22-year-old does have matches where he is not at his best, you would hardly ever find a game where he flopped.
Saka is always a threat whenever he is on the pitch.
The winger has scored three goals and given two assists in six Premier League matches for Arsenal so far this season.
The England international has also scored one goal and provided one assist in one UEFA Champions League game for the Gunners this campaign.
