The prospect of Arsenal signing Joao Felix is growing a little more probable.
This week, HITC Sport covered quotes by journalist Paul Brown who revealed to Give Me Sport that the Gunners were certainly looking at the Atletico Madrid attacker in January.
Felix cost the Spanish outfit a hefty £113 million in 2020 [The Daily Mail] but there is a sense that he isn’t quite settled at Atleti.
Surely a lot of Arsenal supporters would love to see him in North London because despite erratic performances, he is clearly a massive talent.

One popular figure who isn’t convinced by him though is a certain Roy Keane.
The Portugal international missed a late goalscoring chance to keep his country in Euro 2020 last summer.
And Keane, as he’s been known to do, gave Felix both barrels by labelling the 22-year-old an ‘imposter’.
He said, as quoted by The Daily Mail: “Felix when he came on, that guy is an imposter. He comes on and the country needs you, just hit the target, he’s what, £100million?”
Sometimes the Manchester United legend goes off the deep end a little when it comes to criticism.
And honestly, this is probably one of those occasions.
Felix is, as mentioned, obviously a brilliant young footballer and the potential in him is undeniable.
And with Mikel Arteta emerging as quite a talented man-manager at Arsenal, perhaps the Spaniard is a good coach to get the best out of Felix going forward.
