The Moroccan decided that the project at Villa did not suit him.
Romain Saiss
Wolverhampton Wanderers are currently on the hunt for another new face, with the club set to use their newly found funds to make a move for Moroccan international Romain Saiss.
The Express and Star reported that the Angers midfielder was the latest player the club are keen on signing.
But it is not the first time somebody has tried to bring him to the Midlands.

The holding midfielder revealed he rejected a chance to discuss a transfer with Aston Villa in the winter after deciding against the move.
He told Ouest-France that he decided a move to Villa was not for him, seemingly suggesting the project was not an improvement on his current situation at Angers:
“I would have been able to join Aston Villa in the break but they that was not very sportsmanlike.
“I wanted to finish this first season in Ligue 1 in Angers. Things are clear between (Angers sporting director) Olivier (Pickeau) and I, we say things and there will be no low blows.

“I will not leave if the project set allows me to grow and develop myself.”
Saiss has now apparently decided that Wolves is for him.
L’Equipe report that the 26-year-old has agreed a four-year deal to join Wolves, who will pay the French club a fee in the region of £3.4 million for his services.
Aston Villa fans will be hoping that he is not too much of a hit at Wolves, or they will be left frustrated at missing out on his signature.
