Some Aston Villa fans on social media are very excited after reports linked them with a move for Norwich City ace Emi Buendia.
The Argentine has been one of the stars of the Championship this season with the Canaries, contributing to no fewer than 31 goals, banging in 15 goals and grabbing 16 assists.
The midfielder is being courted by some top sides, such as Arsenal, but Villa are also in the race to sign the Norwich ace.
As you can imagine, Villa supporters are keen for this deal to get over the line, and to be fair, we can understand why.
The Midlands club already have an incredible attack with the likes of Jack Grealish and Ollie Watkins in their ranks, and if Buendia came in they’d be almost unstoppable going forwards.
Of course, whether or not this deal comes to fruition remains to be seen, but if Buendia joins Villa it would certainly be a popular signing amongst the fanbase.
