Speaking on Sky Sports News (31/8/21 9:48AM) reporter Anton Touloi has delivered an update on two situations at Wolves, including Tottenham’s interest in Adama Traore.
Wolves look to be one of the most interesting clubs to follow on this transfer deadline day with the likes of Tosin Adarabioyo and Renato Sanches linked.
Sadly, there is also interest in their players with Ruben Neves and Adama Traore both linked with moves away.
Touloi has some bad news for Wolves fans, claiming that Spurs are still trying for Traore while Wolves’ chances of landing Sanches are at 50 per cent.
What’s been said?
Touloi gave an update live on Sky Sports.
“Yeah, huge breaking news because Tottenham are still trying to sign Adama Traore because Tottenham are still trying to sign Adama Traore despite Wolves not wanting him to leave the club. I’m told that Wolves will only entertain an offer of £50m plus for the winger,” Touloi said
“An update on what we brought you last night as well. Wolves are in discussions to try to sign Renato Sanches on loan from Lille, I’m told it’s 50/50 as to whether or not a deal can be completed by the end of the day, but Wolves in discussions for Renato Sanches.”

Awful day
This could be a disastrous day for Wolves if Traore leaves and they fail to land Sanches.
Of course, the opposite could be true as well. If the Midlands club manage to keep Neves and Traore while adding players such as Tosin and Sanches then this will be a day to remember at Molineux.
Wolves are certainly a club to keep an eye on in the coming hours.
