Alasdair Gold has told said on his own Youtube channel that Tottenham Hotspur won’t be signing Jerome Boateng or Orkun Kokcu this summer.
Tottenham have been linked with Boateng by Sky Deutschland, with the Bayern Munich centre-back’s contract set to expire in the summer.
The Daily Mail have also claimed that Spurs are interested in landing Kokcu.
But Gold claims that he has information which suggests Spurs are not interested in either player.
“Jerome Boateng, as far as I understand, there’s no interest there for the player,” he said.
“He’s 32, yes he’s a free transfer, but he’d want big money and he’s just not a Tottenham transfer profile of signing. I’m told there’s no interest there at all.
“There’s a young Feyenoord midfielder, Orkun Kokcu. I’ve seen him linked. Apparently there’s no interest in him either.”
Boateng did prove that he was capable of playing at the very highest level despite his advancing years earlier this week, as he put in a very impressive display for Bayern against PSG in the Champions League.

After that game HITC reported how many Tottenham fans wanted the German World Cup winner to be signed, but it seems that they may not get their wish.
Less is known about Kokcu, who is still building a reputation for himself in Holland.
But with Spurs already have plenty of playmaking options at the club, it may be wise for the club to look elsewhere, given they only have a limited budget this summer.
