Speaking on the Here We Go Podcast, Fabrizio Romano has been discussing Sadio Mane’s future amid ongoing links to Bayern Munich.
The winger’s contract is up in 12 months’ time, and, as you can imagine, there has been plenty of interest in Mane.
Bayern Munich have been strongly linked as of late, but according to Romano, it’s not just Bayern who want to sign the Liverpool star.
Indeed, the journalist didn’t name any other interested parties, but he says that several clubs want Mane, and the winger is set to discuss his future with Liverpool in a few days’ time.
What’s been said?
Romano shared what he knows about Mane and the interest being shown in him.
“Origi will leave the club on a free. AC Milan are working to complete this transfer and Sadio Mane, it’s true that they had conversations with Mane’s agents and Bayern, so that is a possibility, but I am told that it’s not only Bayern, so everything is open for Mane, and he will have a discussion with Liverpool in a few days to understand what he wants to do with his future and with his contract,” Romano said.

Not surprising
It’s not all that shocking to hear that teams other than Bayern Munich are taking a look at Mane.
The attacker is one of the very best footballers on the planet, and with just 12 months to run on his current deal, he could be available at a cut-price fee this summer.
Mane is a fantastic footballer who would improve almost any squad in the world, and any team in the Champions League would be lucky to have him.
Liverpool should be trying their best to bat away any interest in Mane.
