Tottenham Hotspur supporters have provided a mixed reaction to the news that Dele Alli could return to the bench tonight.
It’s an all-Premier League affair in the FA Cup, as Everton welcome Spurs to Goodison Park.
Ahead of tonight’s game, Mourinho told Football London that in a ‘normal situation’ he wouldn’t consider Alli.
But because of injuries, they have had to ‘accelerate his process’ and he is hoping the attack-minded midfielder ‘would be of big help’ for 10-15 minutes.
On one hand, a selection of Spurs supporters are pleased that Alli is being brought back to the fold.
Whilst others urged Mourinho to start him rather than bench him once again because they feel he would be a serious goal threat.

Every time Alli returns to the first-team fold, Spurs fans are hoping he has a Tanguy Ndombele moment and starts turning it on.
But it seems as though the Spurs faithful are praying more than expecting for the above to happen.
Could tonight be Alli’s moment to show Mourinho his true worth and win over his manager?
Here is a selection of Spurs fans reacting to Mourinho’s selection hint ahead of tonight’s FA Cup tie at Everton.
