A’ja Wilson and Angel Reese shared a hilarious on-court moment during the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game.
Wilson was one of the five starters for the winning Team Spoon, managed by WNBA legend Teresa Weatherspoon, while Reese came off the bench for Team Coop, managed by WNBA legend Sheryl Cooper.
The pair shared some time on the court, but it didn’t go well for Reese.

Reese played just nine minutes in the game and went scoreless, with her only shot attempt getting accidentally blocked by Wilson, who laughed at Reese on the court.
Wilson was clearly trying to contest the attempt while getting out of the way softly, and Reese still somehow got blocked, understandably making Wilson laugh, especially when Reese tripped and fell.
The four-time WNBA MVP apologized to Reese after the game for the viral moment.
“I was trying to get out of the way. I do not like to block shots during All-Star games. I’ve never had that happen to me, and I’m so sorry”
Reese ended the night with five rebounds and four assists in nine minutes, while Wilson dropped 12 points in 14 minutes of action.
Jonquel Jones had a great performance for Team Spoon with 22 points, 13 rebounds, and eight assists, while Caitlin Clark had 17 points, four rebounds, and five assists.
Team Coop was led by starter Kelsey Mitchell, who led all players in scoring with 28 points and four rebounds. Marina Mabrey came off the bench for an impactful 23 points, although it wasn’t enough to secure the win.
Wilson is averaging 26.1 points and 9.5 rebounds this season for the Aces, while Reese is averaging 15.4 points and 11.5 rebounds for the Dream.
