David Moyes’ men did come out fighting from that 2-0 scoreline during the second period, and whilst they were level, it didn’t last long because Joe Willock sealed all the points for his relegation-threatened team.

For West Ham, it’s a case of dusting themselves down and going again because there isn’t much room to feel sorry for themselves.
They are still sitting fourth in the table, albeit some teams below them have games in hand, but you’d rather have the points on the board, at this stage.
Next up for the Hammers is an all-London clash against Chelsea, who are one place and one point below them in the table, but they have that crucial game in hand.
