Gabriel Agbonlahor has expressed his “shock” on Twitter at a claim made on talkSPORT about Aston Villa star Jack Grealish.
TalkSPORT broadcaster Adrian Durham has said on the radio station that Grealish, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, holds back the Villans.
Durham has added that the 25-year-old England international needs “some serious coaching”.
Former Villa striker Agbonlahor is stunned at what he has heard and has expressed his shock on Twitter.
Jack Grealish is important for Aston Villa
Grealish is one of the best players on the books of Villa, and there is no doubt that the Villans would struggle without him.
The 25-year-old scores goals and creates chances for his teammates, and he played an instrumental role in Villa getting promoted from the Championship and then not getting relegated from the Premier League.
According to WhoScored, the 25-year-old scored eight goals and provided six assists in the Premier League for Villa last season, while during the 2018-19 campaign, he scored six goals and provided seven assists in the Championship for the Villans.
So far this season, Grealish has scored three goals and provided three assists in four Premier League matches for Villa, according to WhoScored.
