Tottenham Hotspur are on the brink of hiring Fabio Paratici to oversee transfers this summer and beyond.
According to Football London, Spurs could announce the Italian’s arrival at some point over the weekend.
The report claims that Paratici has already informed some Tottenham players that they won’t be needed next season.
The North Londoners have quite a lot of deadwood to clear out this summer.
And it seems like Paratici is hell-bent on clearing house to some extent.

But with Fonseca and Paratici, the Lilywhites can finally begin plotting their transfer strategy.
The big question is, will Harry Kane be involved next season?
It has been widely reported that the 27-year-old is determined to quit Spurs during the summer and that will probably remain the case.
But at least the duo – and chairman Daniel Levy – can begin with contingency plans in the event that they do indeed lose the red-hot striker.
