Reported Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe has ruled out the possibility of leaving PSG for another year, through his comments on BeIN Sports.
The Telegraph reported back in March that Mbappe is Jurgen Klopp’s dream signing at Liverpool.
The French forward may not have been obtainable for the Reds this summer, given their budgetary restrictions.
But Mbappe has now ended any speculation over his future by saying he will stay with PSG for another season.
“I’m here. I am in the project for a fourth year,” Mbappe said.
“The 50th year of the club is an important year for the club, the supporters, everyone, so I will be there no matter what.
“I will try to bring back trophies with the team and give the best of myself.”
If Mbappe doesn’t pen a new contract with the French champions then the links to Liverpool will surely resurface in the near future.

The problem for Liverpool is that affording Mbappe could be a major challenge.
Even despite all of Liverpool’s success this season, they do not appear to have masses of funds – and Mbappe is one of the most valuable players in world football.
The lightening quick forward has netted 30 goals and claimed 17 assists in just 33 games this season.
