Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has confirmed to the club’s match-day programme, as quoted by Football London, that he is fit and firing on all cylinders again.
Kane has not played for Tottenham since January after picking up a hamstring issue.
The clinical finisher has been working hard on his fitness though, and Kane now insists that he is back to full health ahead of the Premier League restart.
“From my side, from a hamstring point of view, I’m good,” the Spurs striker said.
“It’s been great to be able to give it a little more rest. I’ve not played a competitive game for nearly six months now – it’s been a long, long time.
“From an injury point of view, I’m back to normal, fully fit.
“It’s been good to be able to do some individual training, a lot of finishing, individual drills to work on my game and improve and I feel like I’m at a stage now where I’m looking forward to getting some games.”

Kane’s return will be absolutely huge for Tottenham, who have struggled in his absence.
With Kane and Heung-Min Son injured, Tottenham looked rather toothless going forward prior to the break in play, and their form collapsed.
Spurs have all their key players back now though, and Jose Mourinho’s side are expected to perform strongly over their final nine games.
If Spurs are able to beat United they will immediately thrust themselves back into the contention for a Champions League spot, with Spurs currently sitting seven points away from the top four.
