Liverpool winger Xherdan Shaqiri has told the club’s official website that he is ready to start on a regular basis now.
The former Stoke City star has had injury problems this season, but the 29-year-old winger is now fully fit and available for selection.
Liverpool will take on Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home at Molineux Stadium in the Premier League this evening.
Ahead of the game, the 29-year-old has said that he is feeling fully fit and is hungry for more playing time.
Shaqiri told the club’s official website: “It will be better when I’m on the pitch and we win more; recently we lost a few games at home. So I hope soon we are back to winning games at home also. I hope I can be involved as much as possible.
“I’m feeling very fit. I’m feeling healthy and fresh, I’m feeling good. I’m always ready if the coach picks me to try to give a good performance to help the team and this club to win games.”

More disappointment for Xherdan Shaqiri
Shaqiri is essentially a squad player at Liverpool, and it is unlikely that the 29-year-old will get much playing time between now and the end of the season.
The defending Premier League champions won convincingly in the Champions League last week, and it is very unlikely that manager Klopp will make any change to his team.
This means that the Switzerland international winger will have to make do with a place on the substitutes’ bench.
According to WhoScored, Shaqiri has made five starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool so far this season, providing two assists in the process.
The winger has also made one start and two substitute appearances in the Champions League for the Reds this campaign, according to WhoScored.
