Serge Gnabry has commented on how he is now ‘collecting all the silverware’ after leaving Arsenal and how he can’t believe the current situation he is in, as he told the SoccerBible podcast.
Back in 2016, Arsenal opted to sell the then-21-year-old to German side Werder Bremen for £5 million (Daily Mail), it would prove to be a career-changing move for the player.
That transfer put him firmly in the German spotlight and resulted in Bayern Munich knocking for his talents not long after.

And whilst Arsenal continued to ride choppy wave after choppy wave in north London, Gnabry, now 27, was living it large in Munich.
With two German Cup winner trophies, x4 Bundesliga champion, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup, he now has it all in his locker and he spoke about looking back on his rise.
“I think you reflect on it a lot,” said Gnabry. “After all of the success that I had now. I am collecting all the silverware.
“I think back in the day, say ten years ago, I never thought I would win so many trophies. Winning the Champions League is the biggest one.
“When I was at Arsenal, Bremen or Hoffenheim, I didn’t expect that to happen so soon. Now it’s just being hungry for more. You want to have that feeling again.”

GNABRY ARSENAL RETURN?
Arsenal are sitting at the top of the Premier League table and they will want to sign the elite players again, and Gnabry, when he is cooking, can put his name on that list.
In previous returns to London, he has smoked teams in front of him in the Champions League, no more than scoring four goals against Tottenham.
It would be interesting to see how he fairs if he returns to the English stage because he would rip it up for many teams in the Premier League
