Brendan Rodgers has admitted that he’s a ‘huge admirer’ of Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa, ahead of coming head to head against the legendary Argentine on Sunday.

Despite being a newly-promoted club, Rodgers’s side won’t be taking the Whites lightly based on their brilliant return to Premier League life after a 16-year absence.

It’s an all-or-nothing style that has earned the Leeds boss some praise and criticism, given that he seems to set his team up in a similar way no matter the opponent.
For the most part, United, who sit 12th in the Premier League table, have been brilliant this season and abidingly entertaining no matter what.
And the Leicester manager, whose side are third in the standings and competing for the title, has admitted to The Yorkshire Evening Post that he’s just a super big fan of the South American’s ‘outstanding’ team.
He said: “They’ve been outstanding. I’m a huge admirer of the coach. The team have played very clearly in their way in every game. They want to attack, they play without any fear. That’s got them some good results, and some games where they have lost heavily.”
