Arsenal goalkeeper Emi Martinez has told TalkSPORT that he believes Bukayo Saka could even play in goal, as he is so versatile.

Saka has played in a range of different positions for Arsenal this term, and always impressed.

The youngster has featured as a full-back, a central midfielder and, most recently, as a winger in a wonderful breakthrough season at Arsenal.

And Martinez has joked that the teenager may even be able to take his place in goal, as he is so talented.

“Saka can be in the England team already, he’s the kind of player you need in your team,” Martinez said.

“It’s not just about how much he gives you (on the pitch), he’s very positive and even with the top, experienced players that have been around, there are not many players like him.

“He’s a team player. I could give him my gloves and he would perform in goal, that’s Saka. I’m a bit worried, actually!”

Saka has just penned new terms for Arsenal, in what is a major boost for the North London club.

The youngster has been in brilliant form of late, after being deployed in a more advanced role by Mikel Arteta.

Saka scored his first Premier League goal for Arsenal against Wolves, before providing an excellent assist for Pierre Emerick Aubameyang during his last outing against Leicester City.

Saka will surely start for the Gunners in their next match, which comes against Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.
