Some Arsenal fans on social media are far from happy after hearing they could be signing Tammy Abraham this summer.
Indeed, The Telegraph have linked the Gunners with a move for the Chelsea forward, and it’s fair to say that the fanbase aren’t best pleased with the idea of the striker coming to the Emirates.
Now, many Gunners fans weren’t saying that Abraham is a bad footballer, but their frustrations seemingly stemmed from two things.
On one hand, fans don’t believe that he’s better than what they’ve already got, with Gabriel Martinelli and Alexandre Lacazette as two better options, while some supporters weren’t happy with the idea of signing yet another Chelsea cast off.
Arsenal have gotten into a habit of signing players Chelsea are willing to get rid of in recent seasons with Willian and David Luiz being two examples alongside Petr Cech.
