Francesco Totti has been speaking to Sky Italia, where he made an interesting comment about Arsenal and Tottenham target Paulo Dybala.
What’s the story?
Well, the Argentina international left the Allianz Stadium in tears on Monday, as his time with Juventus comes to an end.
Now, Dybala will be one of the most in-demand free agents on the market, and Totti seems all too aware of that, as he aims to lure the forward to Roma.
As quoted by Sky Italia, the 45-year-old said: “We’ll see if we can bring him to Rome. I’ll meet him on Monday and I hope to convince him. We’re in Milan for Eto’o’s match, we’ll play together and I’ll give him some advice. I’ll try to put something in his head, hopefully we’ll succeed. That is if Roma are the same mind as me.”
It comes after some sources claimed that Tottenham have already sent Dybala a contract offer, as Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici attempt to strengthen the Spurs frontline.

However, Arsenal and Mikel Arteta are believed to be leading the race to sign the 28-year-old, despite the contract offer from Tottenham.
So far this season, Dybala has scored 15 goals in 38 appearances across all competitions, while also providing six assists.
Arsenal & Tottenham should be worried
In our view, a conversation between Dybala and Totti is not good news for Arsenal or Tottenham.
Totti is among the greatest players in the history of Italian football, so when he speaks, people in Italy tend to listen.
We’re not sure if Dybala is even interested in a move to Roma, and he may not be, seeing as José Mourinho’s side won’t be competing in the Champions League next season.

However, you can be sure that Totti will make Roma sound like an incredibly attractive destination for Dybala.
After all, Totti spent his entire career in Rome, making 784 appearances in total for the Serie A side, so he was clearly very happy at the Stadio Olimpico.
Keep an eye on this saga, as Dybala is expected to make a decision on his future soon.
