Yes, you read that correctly. Alasdair Gold has claimed that some noises coming out of Kane’s camp have suggested that a new contract for the England captain shouldn’t be ruled out.
You don’t need us to tell you why this would be so remarkable. All summer long it’s been reported that Kane wants to leave Spurs in order to win trophies, and now it seems as though he may not only stay, but also sign a new contract.
