Arsenal fans are more than happy to allow Newcastle United to sign Rob Holding from them.
The Daily Mail claim that Newcastle are lining up a bid for the Arsenal centre-back, as they look to strengthen their defence.
Arsenal need to raise funds to pay for their own planned additions this summer.
And Gunners supporters would seemingly have no qualms with allowing Holding to move to St. James’ Park.
Holding actually impressed in Arsenal’s backline towards the end of last season.
However, the English central defender’s chances of game time next term could be limited if he sticks around at the Emirates Stadium.
Holding appears to be behind William Saliba and David Luiz in the pecking order, with Gabriel expected to arrive soon.
If he was to join Newcastle he would help to further strengthen a backline which has been very solid during Steve Bruce’s time in charge.
