The Catalan clubs supporters seem desperate to offload Lenglet, which may be part of the reason why the Frenchman now needs a fresh start.

In fairness to Lenglet, Barca fans will know how important raising funds is for their club.
Lenglet is one of their more expendable assets, given his lack of game time this season.
The French international has only featured for a total of 95 minutes, but at Newcastle he would surely play more regularly.
Lenglet may well step straight into Newcastle’s starting line-up if he was to join.
And that could appeal to the 26-year-old, as he could become one of the first signings under Newcastle’s new ownership.
