Tottenham Hotspur left-back Sergio Reguilon has said on Instagram that he will be back soon from the injury that he suffered against Norwich City at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.
Reguilon was included in the starting lineup for Tottenham in the Premier League game against Norwich.
The former Real Madrid left-back suffered an injury midway through the first half.
Spurs head coach Antonio Conte has to take off Reguilon.
Tottenham won the match 3-0.
The 24-year-old has taken to Instagram to send a message to the Tottenham fans.
Reguilon has said that he will be back in action for Tottenham in a few days, suggesting that the injury that he suffered is not serious.
Encouraging for Tottenham Hotspur fans
Reguilon has been doing well at left wing-back under Tottenham head coach Conte.
So, it will have come as a disappointment for the Tottenham fans to see the former Madrid player taken off today.
However, in our opinion, Reguilon’s post on Instagram is certainly very encouraging.
It suggests that the left-back will be back in action soon.
That is only going to enhance Tottenham’s chances of finishing in the Premier League top four this season.
