Some Arsenal fans on social media have been reacting to reports linking Martin Odegaard with a move to Liverpool or Chelsea.
Spanish outlet AS claims that both Premier League sides are exploring the possibility of bringing the Norwegian in this summer, and as you can imagine, Arsenal fans had plenty to say about this.
The Gunners have hopes to sign Odegaard themselves at the end of the season, but this update has certainly put a spanner in the works.
Of course, the London club could still land their man. However, when a team such as Chelsea or Liverpool come calling, it’s hard to not at least be tempted by their proposition.
There was always a risk of this happening, and with Chelsea and Liverpool looking a lot more likely than Arsenal to be playing in Europe next season, this could be a massive blow to the Gunners’ hopes of signing Odegaard permanently.
