Ilia Topuria will give fans a closer look into his life in a new HBO Max reality series, set to debut just one week before he steps back into the Octagon.

The lightweight champion will make his first title defence at UFC White House on June 14, taking on interim champion Justin Gaethje.

It’ll mark Topuria’s return after nearly a year away from the sport, and it’s expected that the show will shed light on some of the personal reasons behind his absence.

The series spans three episodes, each running around 50 minutes. It starts with his rise to champion status, follows through to his time as double champion, and then explores the circumstances that led to his time away from defending the belt.

Ilia Topuria’s HBO Max reality show to debut ahead of UFC 303 return

Ilia Topuria is set to open up about his life in a new HBO Max reality TV show, releasing a week out from his return to the cage.

Topuria will defend his lightweight title for the first time at UFC White House on June 14 when he faces interim champion Justin Gaethje. He has been out of action for almost a year due to personal issues, which are expected to be addressed in the series.

The series will take fans through the period from his first championship win up until he became a double champion and cover the events that prevented him from defending his belt during that time.
