West Ham United have been linked with another move for the Arsenal defender.
According to a report from the Daily Star, West Ham United are considering making another move for Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson.
The 24-year-old has enjoyed two previous loan spells with the Hammers but an injury cut his last one short.
He has now returned to full fitness and started for Arsenal in their Champions League clash with Ludogorets on Tuesday evening. However with Hector Bellerin the undisputed first-choice right-back at the Emirates Stadium, Jenkinson will struggle for regular game time.

That could see him move back to West Ham to continue his development, yet if Jenkinson does head to the London Stadium it would be a major blow to Sam Byram’s own hopes of getting more minutes under his belt.
Byram arrived at West Ham from Leeds United with a big reputation. However he has struggled to make his mark in the Premier League thus far, featuring only 13 times in total and starting just twice in that competition this season.

A hamstring injury has not helped and Byram will now be out for a while, but with a deal for Jenkinson impossible until January at the earliest, one wonders what any move for the Arsenal player will mean for his slightly younger counterpart.
Given his regular loan moves it would be no surprise if West Ham ultimately sign Jenkinson permanently, but in so doing they would severely limit Byram’s chances.
Much like Lewis Cook, Byram may soon discover that leaving Leeds for the top flight is no guarantee of immediate success.
