The Ivorian has been linked with a summer switch to Tottenham Hotspur.

According to a report from the Guardian, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Nice midfielder Jean Michael Seri this summer, but if he arrived at White Hart Lane, what would he offer Mauricio Pochettino’s side?
In short, Seri is the Holy Grail of midfielders, a combative, box-to-box player who can both score and assist on a regular basis, and at 25 he is still to reach his peak.
The Guardian claims Nice want around £20million for Seri and Tottenham are likely to spend big this summer as they attempt to further improve their squad.
With another title push and a Champions League campaign to plan for next season, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino should bring in a few more players and Seri would certainly strengthen their midfield.
At first glance Tottenham are well stocked in that area, but they have been lucky when it comes to injuries this season and that luck may run out in due course.

Seri is also a more prolific option than Mousa Dembele, who remains an integral player for Tottenham but who has managed just one goal and two assists in 35 appearances this season.
Seri has six goals and nine assists in 31 league matches, and if Pochettino can seal a deal it would be another very savvy deal for Spurs.
